- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return.

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or tags

4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
